Registration of residence – Dalvíkurbyggð

Notification of change of address in Iceland. Those who have moved to, or within, Dalvíkurbyggð and have not handed in a notification of change of address in Iceland are asked to do so as soon as possible.

Individuals who stay or are planning to stay in Iceland for six months or longer must have a legal domicile in this country. An individual’s legal domicile is the place where s/he has a fixed abode.
Married couples are to have the same domicile. If they live in two different places, the domicile shall be where the children live .

Registration form is available at the Town Hall, Dalvík, or online at http://skra.is/pages/1047
Please note, you must print out the online form and sign before you hand it in at the Town Hall.
