Walking in one direction – Community conference on human versatility -

On Thursday, the 21st of November, a community conference will be held at Berg Cultural house, dedicated to our community here in Dalvíkurbyggð. The goal is to discuss the cultural variety that enriches our community today and the opportunities it may create.   

The agenda is following:
16.30-18.30        Session and discussion on versatility, multiculturalism and prejudice by Guðrún Pétursdóttir sociologist.
18.30-19.00        Dinner
19.00-20.00        Group discussion

We encourage those interested in belonging to a good and friendly community with equal opportunities for all, regardless of ethnicity, to participate.
Participants will be offered light dinner provided by Cafe Þula. It is important for all participants to register so numbers can be estimated. Participation is free of charge.
